The superior cylinder-type model with multiple heads (2-8 heads) enables stable embroidery processing on finished products

The TMAR-KC high-class multi-head cylindrical embroidery machine allows adding a variety of embroidery to finished products. Thanks to DCP technology, it achieves a precise and flawless finish, regardless of the type of material. It is ideal for embroidering logos and emblems on finished products such as sports uniforms and caps in small to medium quantities.
The TMAR-KC model is available with 2 to 8 heads, while the TMAR-VC model comes with 12 heads.
The Digitally Controlled Pressure Rate (DCP) adjusts the appropriate pressure based on changes in fabric thickness within just 0.05 seconds per stitch. Thus, it automatically adapts to both thick and thin materials. Quilted materials are sewn with tightly pressed filling, while 3D urethane embroidery is made three-dimensionally, without excessive pressure.
DCP firmly holds fabrics, from sheer to knits, preventing them from fluttering regardless of the type of product. Embroidery is always done with consistent quality on items of varying thickness and strength, such as t-shirts, caps, socks, bags and the like.
DCP reduces fabric flutter, resulting in fewer pressure marks and thread cutting errors, resulting in fewer defective pieces. Manual adjustment for delicate materials such as velvet or enamel fabrics further reduces the risk of damage.
Tajima machines are used in leading brands and fashion houses thanks to the superior quality they provide. Whether you use a satin stitch, a straight stitch or a filled stitch, the result is always flawless.
What’s more, various appliqué options like sequins and beads allow for additional forms of creative expression. Embroidery machines with multi-head technology, where all heads are synchronized, make it possible to create beautiful and sophisticated embroidery.

The large shaft makes it easy to set up the cap frame, while the three-point locking ensures stability, less needle breakage and precise pattern alignment at speeds up to 1,000 rpm.
The arms of the machine are three times stronger than those of traditional embroidery machines, making them ideal for embroidering jackets and other heavy items.
The smaller cylinder bearing diameter and smaller bobbin cover allow for easy embroidery on tubular finished products such as sleeves and pockets.
In addition to the i-TM and DCP technologies, the machine offers various functions and options that facilitate the operator’s work. This reduces the burden on the operator while ensuring high quality connections and smooth operation of the machine.
The large 12.1-inch operating panel, one of the largest in the industry, has practical icons and allows you to switch languages to operate the machine.
Located on the machine head, these switches allow thread cutting and other functions to be controlled on each tension basis, increasing production efficiency.
Removing the catch makes it easy to replace the bobbin. It also ensures more stable cutting and reduces the length of thread residues on the back of the fabric by 40% compared to traditional machines.
