The flagship model of the cylindrical type with a single head is equipped with Tajima’s latest technology

The TMEZ-SC series of single-needle, cylindrical-type embroidery machines are equipped with the latest and most advanced technologies from Tajima. It is ideal for embroidering names and processing emblems on uniforms, caps, socks, bags and similar products, as well as for embroidering in stores. Thanks to the i-TM and DCP technologies, even beginners in embroidery can work on any material at high speeds and with stable quality.
High-quality and stable connection with “i-TM” and “DCP” technologies
It is no longer necessary to adjust the tension of the upper thread according to the stitch, design or material, which is otherwise common for experienced operators on conventional embroidery machines. This is due to Tajima’s Digitally Controlled Presser Foot (DCP), which measures the thickness of the fabric at every stitch, while the AI technology, Intelligent Thread Management (i-TM), automatically supplies the right amount of upper thread for different thicknesses of fabrics and stitches in just 0.05 seconds. In addition, DCP reduces fabric flutter, allowing for stable embroidery.
Regardless of whether the item to be embroidered or the type of thread is changed frequently, as is the case with shop orders, the embroidery machine will always provide the best possible stitches without the need to change settings.
The time required for trial stitching and adjustments can be reduced and production speed increased with less worry about thread breakage, resulting in an estimated 30% reduction in processing time (compared to conventional machines).
DCP technology reduces fabric flutter, resulting in fewer pressure marks on the fabric and thread cutting errors, thus reducing the number of defective pieces. Hand adjustments for delicate fabrics such as velvet and lacquered materials further reduce the risk of damage.
Even in shops with frequent operator changes, anyone can easily perform professional-quality embroidery after mastering the basic operations. Also, it is possible to quickly start a business in the field of connections.
Maintenance of the maximum number of revolutions up to 4 mm seam
In general, longer stitches require a reduction in the number of revolutions (RPM), but it is crucial not to slow down too much at stitch lengths of 3 mm to 7 mm, which are most common in knitting.
The TMEZ-SC model maintains maximum RPM up to a 4mm seam and does not reduce RPM excessively for seams between 3mm and 7mm
Tajima – quality recognized by leading brands
It is used by leading brands and fashion houses to achieve the ultimate finished look, whether it is a satin stitch, running stitch or filled stitch. In addition, a wide range of options for decorating with sequins and beads allows for additional forms of expression.

With an embroidery area of 360 mm (14.4 inches) (L) x 500 mm (20 inches) (W), the machine is ideal for larger embroidery designs such as large bags or the back of T-shirts, sweatshirts and similar items.
The large shaft allows easy installation of the cap frame. A triple locking point between the drive ring and the cap frame provides more stable fixation, less needle breakage and pattern displacement, with an operating speed of up to 1,000 rpm.
The smaller diameter of the cylindrical base and bobbin cover allows easy embroidery on tubular finished products such as sleeves and pockets.
With i-TM and DCP technologies, the machine offers a wide range of functions and options that facilitate the operator’s work. This reduces the burden on the operator, and at the same time ensures high-quality production of connections and smooth operation of the machine.
The large 12.1-inch operating panel, one of the largest in the industry, contains practical icons and allows you to change the language for operating the machine.
By removing the catch, changing the bobbin becomes easier. Also, it enables more stable cutting and shortening of thread tails on the back of the fabric by 40% compared to conventional machines.
If the fabric pattern is skewed during framing, it can be corrected via the operation panel without having to retry the setup.
Tajima is the world’s leading manufacturer of embroidery machines, known for innovation and the high quality of its products.
