It is no longer necessary to adjust the tension of the upper thread according to the stitch, design or material, which is otherwise common for experienced operators on conventional embroidery machines. This is due to Tajima’s Digitally Controlled Presser Foot (DCP), which measures the thickness of the fabric at every stitch, while the AI ​​technology, Intelligent Thread Management (i-TM), automatically supplies the right amount of upper thread for different thicknesses of fabrics and stitches in just 0.05 seconds. In addition, DCP reduces fabric flutter, allowing for stable embroidery.

Regardless of whether the item to be embroidered or the type of thread is changed frequently, as is the case with shop orders, the embroidery machine will always provide the best possible stitches without the need to change settings.

Quick and clean embroidery on caps

The large shaft allows easy installation of the cap frame. A triple locking point between the drive ring and the cap frame provides more stable fixation, less needle breakage and pattern displacement, with an operating speed of up to 1,000 rpm.

Long and narrow cylindrical base for smaller products

The smaller diameter of the cylindrical base and bobbin cover allows easy embroidery on tubular finished products such as sleeves and pockets.
