Zigzag stitching

Using the zigzag swing attachment, the lever swings from side to side over the material while sewing. It is suitable for thin materials, extra thick materials, glitter materials and other decorative materials.

Coiled embroidery

Three types of materials are used: embroidery thread, basic thread and winding thread. The base thread is sewn while the winding thread is wrapped.

Tajima uses its own technology to safely sew special materials, such as heating wires, optical fibers and artificial muscles. Traditional heating wire sewing methods often cause the wire to snap due to pressure on the fabric, but Tajima machines solve this problem. The fabric is secured in the frame and the frame is moved in a zigzag pattern under the needle to sew the heating wire without damaging it. This technology increases the durability of the product.

High rotation speed up to 1,000 revolutions per minute

The machines achieve a high rotation speed of up to 1,000 revolutions per minute for tape and zigzag sewing and up to 500 revolutions per minute for winding.

Optimized oscillation interval for specific materials

The oscillation interval of zigzag stitching can be set up to a maximum of 16 mm. Rotating the M-axis (Zigzag Swing Assist; patent pending) achieves a nice final look.

N-tube stroke adjustment for different materials

The bottom dead center position is freely adjustable to accommodate beaded ribbons and other specialty materials.

Automatic feed function for greater efficiency

The N-tube and presser foot retract automatically after embroidery is finished, making it easy to work when changing fabrics and switching frames.
