The TMBR2-SC multi-head flat type top model embroidery machine allows you to add a wide variety of embroidery to finished products, and the DCP provides a precise and beautiful finish, regardless of the material. Available in up to 18 colors, it is suitable for embroidering names and emblems on uniforms, caps, socks, bags, etc., and for embroidering in stores.

"DCP" ensures stable sewing regardless of the thickness of the fabric

The Digitally Controlled Foot (DCP) applies appropriate pressure based on changes in fabric thickness in as little as 0.05 seconds per stitch. Therefore, it immediately adapts to both thicker and thinner fabrics. Quilted fabrics are sewn with the filling firmly pressed, while 3D urethane embroidery gives a three-dimensional look without excessive pressure.

Stable final appearance for thin and thick materials

Holds fabrics from sheer to knits firmly, preventing them from fluttering regardless of the item. Embroidery is always applied with consistent quality on products of different thickness and stiffness, such as T-shirts, caps, socks, bags, etc.

Reduction of quality defects

DCP reduces fabric flutter, resulting in fewer pressure marks and thread cutting errors, resulting in fewer defective pieces. Manual adjustments for delicate fabrics such as velvet and patent materials reduce the risk of pressure marks on the fabric.

With an embroidery area of 360 mm (14.4 inches) (L) x 500 mm (20 inches) (W), the machine is ideal for larger embroidery designs such as large bags or the back of T-shirts, sweatshirts and similar items.

Quick and clean embroidery on caps

The large shaft allows easy installation of the cap frame. A triple locking point between the drive ring and the cap frame provides a more stable fixation, less needle breakage and pattern displacement, with an operating speed of up to 1,000 rpm.

Long and narrow cylindrical base for smaller products

The smaller diameter of the cylindrical base and bobbin cover allows easy embroidery on tubular finished products such as sleeves and pockets.
