What is Tajima Group?
Tajima Group is a Japanese manufacturer specializing in the development, production and sales of embroidery machines. As a leading company in the embroidery industry, Tajima has been bringing color to the lives of people around the world since 1964, when it developed the automatic multi-head embroidery machine.
To date, Tajima has supplied more than 3,000 models of embroidery machines to more than 160 countries and regions around the world. In the future, it plans to continue to deepen the “embroidery technology” it has perfected over the years, expanding into new markets and providing greater value to society.

When was Tajima founded?
In 1944, founder Ryo Tajima established a company to sell industrial sewing machines in Aichi, Japan.
The Tajima Group celebrated its 80th anniversary in 2024.
Where are Tajima embroidery machines manufactured?
Tajima embroidery machines are manufactured at TISM Corporation in Aichi, Japan, and are exported to more than 160 countries and regions worldwide. The accumulated technologies of the Tajima Group are combined to achieve high sewing quality and outstanding productivity.
Who is behind Tajima Croatia?
Tajima Croatia operates under the auspices of Elektroterm d.o.o., the official distributor of Tajima embroidery machines for Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Elektroterm has over 30 years of experience in equipping production facilities and providing technical support in the textile and related industries.
Is Elektroterm the only distributor of Tajima machines in Croatia?
Yes, Elektroterm d.o.o. is an authorized and official distributor of Tajima machines for the territory of Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which guarantees original products, support and service according to Tajima standards.

Can I come and see the machines in person or get a presentation?
Yes, it is possible to arrange a presentation or consultation. We recommend prior announcement via the contact form or by phone.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the model and availability, but is usually between 2 and 6 weeks. Details will be confirmed when ordering.
What does the installation service include?
Installation includes delivery, assembly, machine testing, and basic user training so you can start working immediately.
Is there a warranty on the machines?
Yes, all Tajima machines come with a 1-year factory warranty, with the option of extensions and additional maintenance contracts.
What does the warranty include?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and all manufacturing defects. It does not apply to consumable parts or improper use.
Do you offer service and spare parts?
Yes, Elektroterm offers original spare parts, regular maintenance and authorized service for all Tajima models.
Where do you deliver the machines?
We deliver on the territory of Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Professional installation and user education are also included.
Do you help with the selection of the machine according to the customer's needs?
Of course. Our team provides expert advice and helps in choosing the optimal model according to the type of connections, production volume and budget.
Can I upgrade my existing Tajima machine?
