A chenille embroidery machine produces beautiful loops and chainstitches.

This machine can perform chenille embroidery using loops and chain stitches. Tajima is a pioneer in automated, multi-head, multi-color chenille machines. The line includes a single-head type suitable for small batch and sample production, a multi-head type for mass production and a mixed type combined with a plain flat embroidery head for use in a variety of applications.
Chenille embroidery can be applied using a combination of loop stitch, which is made by pulling the thread through the hook, and chain stitch, which ends in a chain. With its delicate three-dimensional effect and soft touch, chenille embroidery is used for patches, casual fashion, children’s clothing, miscellaneous goods and accessories, and more.

Enables embroidery by winding and banding. Winding gives the threads a soft feel similar to chenille embroidery.
This option supports sequins of various diameters, from small to large, as well as non-circular and eccentric sequins.
Changing two types of ribbon appliqué attachments allows you to add loops and ribbons.
Fast revolutions up to a maximum of 750 revolutions per minute for chenille embroidery greatly increase productivity.
The color change order and stitch type (loop stitch, chain stitch) can be chosen randomly.
The N-tube and presser foot automatically retract after embroidery is complete, making it easy to change fabrics and switch frames.
After the loops are finished sewing, a few chain stitches are added automatically. This prevents thread wear that leads to product failures.
The height of the needle can be adjusted to the sewing method, for example to adjust the height of the loop or the size of the chain.
