“TMCR-VF” Multi-head Flat Type High-end Model

The TMCR-VF is a multi-head flat type high-end model. The DCP provides a precise and beautiful finish, regardless of the material. It is suited for factories that embroider fabrics and parts before sewing, such as large-lot apparel products.

“DCP” Provides Stable Sewing regardless of Fabric Thickness

The Digitally Controlled Presser foot (DCP) applies proper pressure based on fabric thickness changes in just 0.05 seconds per stitch. Therefore, it instantly adapts to both thick and thin fabrics. Quilted fabrics are sewn with the padding pressed down firmly, while 3D embroidery using urethane is sewn three-dimensionally without pressing down excessively.

Stable finish for both thin and thick materials

It firmly holds fabrics from sheer to knit materials so that they do not flutter regardless of the item.
Whether you are working with fabrics of various thicknesses and densities or embroidering on layered fabrics such as applique, you can embroider accurately.

Minimize quality defects

The DCP reduces fabric fluttering, resulting in fewer press marks and thread trimming errors, and thus fewer defective pieces. Manual adjustment for delicate fabrics such as velvet and enameled material, reduces the risk of fabric press marks.

User-Friendly Design

In addition to DCP, the machine offers a wide variety of operator-friendly functions and options. This reduces operator workload while ensuring high quality embroidery production and smooth machine operation.

Direct Command Switches

Located on the head, these operation switches provide control of the thread trim and other functions at each tension base for increased production efficiency.

Bobbin Changer (Optional)

Up to three bobbins can be pre-staged for replacement. This reduces the work in changing bobbins making extended embroidery operations more efficient.

FS Mode

Stabilizes stitching for high-quality embroidery, even with threads that are difficult to work with, such as thicker or loosely twisted threads.
