Expressing fine design with 0.1mm precision

The technology of industrial embroidery machines enables perforation with a precision of 0.1 mm. Waste is vacuumed with air to minimize clogging. A wide processing field of up to 1,000 mm (40 inches) (L) x 1,200 mm (48 inches) (W) enables the processing of large products such as car seats and furniture, as well as a wide range of designs. Combined with the HAR, a multi-purpose sewing machine specialized in multi-color sewing and embroidery, it enables the creation of high-precision perforations and quilt lines with minimal downtime.

Maximize design repeatability with exclusive software and perforation needles

"DG-S" software enables the conversion of Illustrator and CAD data into perforation and stitching data, thus enabling designers to create patterns without the limits of imagination. This approach reduces the cost and time required for conventional mold production and is also adaptable for small batch production. With four types of round punches (0.8 mm - 2.0 mm) and an elliptical punch, the design possibilities are expanded, and by using a precision gauge it is possible to rotate the orientation of the hole, which increases creativity in design.
